Minutes of 2023 meeting were presented by Gayla York Samuels and approved.

Financial Report was presented by Faylene Isham Brown and approved.

There was no old business presented.

New business:  Gayla York Samuels opened discussion on the Indian Creek Bridge and status thereof.  As there is now only one way open to the cemetery, it was decided to keep urging for the repair of the bridge.

A presentation of the history of the cemetery was presented.

Officers to remain same as well as directors.

Meeting was adjourned at 12:30pm until June 1, 2025.
