Meeting was called to order at 11:30am by President Wayne Parsons.  Invocation was given by Gary Parsons.

Minutes from 2024 were read, and passed by motion made by Gayla York Samuels and Faylene Isham Brown.

Financial Report was presented by Faylene Isham Brown and passed on motions by Gayle York Samuels and LaVelle Bowman Parsons. 

Old Business:  Discussion of the status of the Indian Creek Bridge with no action taken.

New Business:  Discussion was opened on replacing the front portion of the fence of the cemetery with no action taken.  

Election of Officers:  Motion made and passed to retain same officers: 

          President – Wayne Parsons

          Vice- President:  LaVerne Bowman Dillashaw

          Secretary – Gayla York Samuels

          Treasurer – Faylene Isham Brown
