Jimmy Pate started the meeting of June 6, 2010, at 12:00 pm and called the meeting to order.

It was determined that there was not a quorum. Mrs. Venetia Scott was not able to attend as secretary.

The Treasury Report was presented by Gail York. Motion to accept treasury report was made by LaVerne Dillashaw and seconded by Jody Pate. Motion passed.

Motion to have the meeting at the Community Center was made by Jimmy T. Pate and seconded by LaVelle Parsons. Everyone was in favor of the location of the meeting for 2011 and to held on the first weekend in June.

Jimmy T. Pate reported about the crosses and spotting the graves, and getting the crosses placed. He discussed the roads and dirt work, and still paying the electricity and bill, and it is expensive. He then discussed the water and keeping it. He asked if anyone had any questions. Discussion was made of the trees planted a few years ago and how the bluebonnets looked this year. Everyone was asked to help with the membership list.

L. B. Bowman stated that he would like to thank the Pate family for their help this year.

Gail York requested for people to donate to the cemetery association.

Jody T. Pate made the motion to adjourn and it was seconded by Jammy Pate. Motion passed and the meeting was adjourned.
